Helical Bevel Gear

Helical bevel gear refers to the tooth line on the crown wheel in the production shape. It is a straight bevel gear that does not pass through the cone top. Continuous bevel gear pair in the transmission process is relatively fewer teeth, easy to produce impact, information instability, and noise. Helical bevel gear pairs of bull gears and pinion gears have equal and opposite helical angles. Its fit degree is greater than that of straight bevel gear pair. Therefore, at high-speed operation, noise, and vibration are significantly reduced, and the number of helical teeth of the bevel gear pair can be relatively reduced so as to obtain a larger transmission ratio and compact structure.
